This is the only furniture store we will buy from! Their customer service is great and sales people are amazing, we always go through Gerry Bouchard. Sometimes we have to wait for our items but the quality we get and customer service throughout is amazing. The delivery crew is also very professional and always clean up after the mess they make. We recently had the pleasure of shopping and purchasing an appliance at Fortins. We had an unfortunate event transporting it home, which was our error. Our new stove fell over in the truck shattering the glass front. Hubby was besides himself, drove back to Fortins and explained what happened. Mike Fortin was exceptional! He explained he would see what he could do..Well today we have our stove, repaired home safe! Mike kept us updated the entire time. We highly recommend Fortins for all your home furnishings and appliances. Customer service beyond exceptional. Thank you Mike and all involved.

I can't say enough about the extraordinary customer service I received. My washer died and I went in to see their selection of stackable washer/dryers. I was greeted by Dennis McDonald, who showed me their vast selection and helped me select the right one for my needs. I was very happy to hear that the model I chose was in stock, which is rare these days. Today is Thursday, and they scheduled my delivery for the following Monday, which I thought was quite efficient. Before my purchase was finished, the person who does the scheduling asked me if I would be home today and if I would like it delivered this afternoon. Two very professional and polite delivery people showed up at my door less than 2 hours later and I've already done my first load of laundry! I am so impressed with Fortin's and their team. I know where I'll be going to get my refrigerator next!
